Narguila Pub Lounge Cultural, is a cultural center created by Sirius Torijano and Solarius Torijano to promote performing, visual and any other type of arts through live shows, conferences, summits and exhibitions. Established in 2014, it has presented from young and talented artists, who want to promote and obtain recognition to the general public, to widely known performers and award winning artists.
